Dispatch Times
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are intended as a guide only. While we aim to meet these times, delivery may occasionally take longer due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays or adverse weather conditions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on the size and weight of your order.
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Delays & Issues

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future and will share updates when this becomes available.
